- Your configuration file
- A QR code for quick setup
Everything you need to connect is ready to use.

Import and activate your VPN
Open the WireGuard app and import your configuration.
You can do it in two ways:
- Import the file → Click “Add Tunnel” → “Import from file”
- Scan the QR code → Use the built-in scanner (perfect for mobile devices)
Once imported, simply activate the connection.
Your traffic is now encrypted and your IP is protected — you’re browsing securely with dzugg

Windows Installation Guide
Follow these step-by-step instructions to install WireGuard on Windows, import your dzugg VPN configuration, and connect securely.
Step 1 - Download WireGuard
To get started, download the official WireGuard application for Windows.
Click the following button to download the official WireGuard installer for Windows.
Once the installer has finished downloading, locate the file in your Downloads folder before continuing to the next step.
Step 2 - Install the application
Open the WireGuard installer you downloaded in the previous step.
Windows may ask for administrator permission before installation begins.
If prompted, click Yes to allow the installer to continue.
Follow the installation wizard and keep the default settings unless you specifically want to customize the installation location.
The installation process usually takes less than a minute.
Once completed, WireGuard will be available from your Start Menu and desktop shortcuts.
Step 3 - Open WireGuard
Launch the WireGuard application from your desktop or from the Windows Start Menu.
When opening the application for the first time, the interface will appear empty because no VPN configuration has been imported yet.
This is completely normal.
The next step will guide you through importing the dzugg VPN configuration file you received after subscribing to the service.
Step 4 - Import your configuration
After opening WireGuard, click Import tunnel(s) from file.
Browse to the configuration file provided by dzugg and select it.
This file usually has a .conf extension.
Once imported, the VPN profile will appear in the left side panel of the WireGuard application.
Your configuration already contains all the necessary connection details, including encryption settings and server information, so no manual setup is required.
If you have multiple dzugg VPN locations, you can import more than one configuration and switch between them at any time.
Step 5 - Activate your VPN
To connect to the VPN, click the Activate button next to the imported tunnel.
After a few seconds, the connection status should change to active.
Once connected:
- Your internet traffic will be encrypted
- Your public IP address will change to the selected dzugg server location
- Your connection will be protected while browsing, working remotely, or using public Wi-Fi networks
You can disconnect at any time by clicking Deactivate inside the WireGuard application.
Step 6 - Verify your connection
Once connected, visit the dzugg privacy check page to confirm that your VPN connection is active.
The page should display:
- Your new public IP address
- The selected VPN server location
- Confirmation that your traffic is protected through dzugg
This final step helps ensure that everything is working correctly and that your internet connection is being routed securely through the VPN.
macOS Installation Guide
Follow these step-by-step instructions to install WireGuard on macOS, import your dzugg VPN configuration, and start browsing securely.
Step 1 - Install the application
Once the download is complete, install the application as you would any standard macOS app.
Step 2 - Open the app
Launch the WireGuard application from your Applications folder or using Spotlight search.
The first time you open the app, the interface will appear empty because no VPN tunnels have been imported yet.
This is completely normal.
In the next step, you will import the dzugg VPN configuration file that was sent to you after activating your subscription.
Step 3 - Import your configuration
Inside the WireGuard application, click Import tunnel(s) from file.
Locate the configuration file provided by dzugg and select it.
The file usually has a .conf extension.
Once imported, the VPN tunnel will appear inside the WireGuard app and will be ready to use.
The configuration file already includes all required settings such as encryption keys, server address, and DNS configuration, so no additional manual setup is necessary.
If you use multiple dzugg server locations, you can import several tunnels and switch between them whenever needed.
Step 4 - Activate your VPN
To establish the VPN connection, click the Activate button next to your imported tunnel.
After a few seconds, the connection status should change to active.
Once connected:
- Your internet traffic will be encrypted
- Your IP address will be replaced by the selected dzugg VPN location
- Your browsing activity will travel securely through the VPN tunnel
You can disconnect at any time by returning to the WireGuard application and clicking Deactivate.
Step 5 - Check your privacy
After connecting successfully, visit the dzugg privacy check page to verify that your VPN is working correctly.
The page should confirm:
- Your visible public IP address
- The VPN server location you selected
- That your connection is protected through dzugg
This final verification step helps ensure your VPN tunnel is active and your internet traffic is being routed securely.
Android Installation Guide
Follow these step-by-step instructions to install WireGuard on Android and connect using either your configuration file or QR code.
Step 1 - Install the application
Once the installation is complete, open the application to continue the setup process.
Step 2 - Open the app
Launch the WireGuard app from your Android device.

Option 1 – Scan a QR code (recommended)
Tap the + button inside the WireGuard app and select Scan from QR code.
Allow camera access if Android asks for permission, then scan the QR code provided by dzugg.
This is the fastest and easiest setup method for mobile devices.
Option 2 – Import from file
If you downloaded the configuration file directly to your phone, tap the + button and select Import from file or archive.
Locate the .conf file provided by dzugg and select it.
Once imported, your VPN tunnel will appear inside the WireGuard app and will be ready to activate.
Step 4 - Activate the tunnel
After importing the configuration, tap the switch next to the tunnel name to activate your VPN connection.
Android may display a system message asking permission to establish the VPN connection.
Tap OK or Allow to continue.
Once connected:
- Your internet traffic will be encrypted
- Your public IP address will change to the selected dzugg VPN location
- Your connection will be protected while browsing on mobile networks or public Wi-Fi
You can disconnect at any time by turning the tunnel switch off.
Step 5 - Confirm everything works
Once the VPN connection is active, visit the dzugg privacy check page to verify that your setup is working correctly.
The page should confirm:
- Your new visible IP address
- The VPN server location currently in use
- That your traffic is securely routed through dzugg
This final step helps ensure your VPN tunnel is active and your Android device is properly protected.
iOS Installation Guide
Follow these step-by-step instructions to install WireGuard on iPhone or iPad and activate your dzugg VPN in just a few taps.
Step 1 - Download WireGuard

Inside the WireGuard app, tap the Add a tunnel option.

Select Create from QR code and scan the QR code provided by dzugg.
iOS may request permission to access your camera.
Tap Allow to continue.
This is the recommended setup method for iPhone and iPad devices because it is fast and requires no manual file management.
Option 2 – Import the configuration file
If you previously downloaded the configuration file to your device, choose the option to import from file or archive.
Locate the .conf file provided by dzugg and import it into the app.
Once completed, your VPN tunnel will appear inside WireGuard and will be ready to activate.
Step 4 - Activate the VPN
After importing the configuration, enable the VPN tunnel from inside the WireGuard app.
The first time you connect, iOS will display a system message asking permission to add VPN configurations to your device.
Tap Allow and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode if requested.
Once connected:
- Your internet traffic will be encrypted
- Your visible IP address will change to the selected dzugg VPN location
- Your browsing activity will be securely routed through the VPN tunnel
You can disconnect at any time by turning the tunnel switch off inside the WireGuard app.
Step 5 - Check your connection
After activating the VPN, visit the dzugg privacy check page to confirm that your connection is working correctly.
The page should verify:
- Your new public IP address
- The VPN server location currently in use
- That your traffic is protected through dzugg
